Regional Alternative Child Care Office (RACCO) refers to the Regional Offices of the National Authority for Child Care (NACC) created from the Adoption Resource and Referral Section (ARRS) of the DSWD Field Offices. They are tasked to ensure a well-functioning system of receipt of local applications to adopt or to foster, local petitions for CDCLAA and adoption, and other requests regarding alternative placement and well-being of children.
